Uno sguardo lungimirante

ti avvicina al futuro

e  ti allontana dal certo.

Una mente aperta

ti accosta a mondi lontani

e ti discrimina dai tuoi simili

Le tue spalle saranno sguarnite

e la tua saggezza impaurita.

Eppure non preferirai

le povere compagnie alla solitudine.

Il passo sarà disorientato

ed il destino ti farà suo schiavo.

Ma non smetterai di seguire

l’unicità di cui sei fatto.

Il mondo ti farò sentire

piccolo e sbagliato.

Ma ti sentirai eroe,

perché combatti nella tua storia

con i tuoi sogni come armi.

A visionary gaze

brings you closer to the future

and takes you away from certain.

An open mind

It draws you near to distant worlds

and discriminates you from your peers.

Your shoulders will be depleted

and your  wisdom  will be fearful .

But yet you will prefer

poor companies to loneliness.

The step will be disoriented

and fate will make you his slave.

But you will not stop to follow

the uniqueness of which you are made.

The world will make you feel

small and wrong.

But you'll feel a hero,

because you fight in your story

with your dreams as weapons.
